These Terms govern your use of the VOLTIX website and any services requested through it. By using this site or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

VOLTIX provides data analytics, UI/UX design, cybersecurity, and frontend/backend development services. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any engagement are agreed separately in writing (a proposal, quote, or contract) before work begins.

2. Service requests

Submitting the "Request a Service" form is not a binding commitment from either party. It starts a conversation; a project only begins once both sides agree on scope and terms in writing.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. VOLTIX retains the right to reuse general know-how, tools, and non-confidential techniques developed during a project.

4. Payments

Payment terms, milestones, and currency are set out in the project agreement for each engagement. Late payments may pause active work until resolved.

5. Confidentiality

We treat project details shared with us as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

VOLTIX will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a delivered product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one currently in effect.
